Roy's First Hunt

I believe Roy thinks he went for the best walk ever yesterday. We spent about 4 hours chasing something (Ruffed Grouse) around a valley. We saw 8 or 9 and came home with 4. Roy didn't mind the sound of the gun, came back or turned to find us when he got out a little too far, and had a good fetch on the last bird. Today he seems top be a little on the tired side and has been crashed out since we got back from the morning walk. Hopefully as the season goes on, I'll be able to get some photos of him at work...
